Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Makeup tables: 3‑7 business days.

  • Mirrors & storage boxes: 1‑3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Mirrors, storage boxes: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Makeup tables: Freight carriers (LTL).

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Mirrors/boxes: 5‑10 days; makeup tables via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Makeup Tables)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for makeup tables at an additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Makeup tables: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding, anti‑tip hardware.

  • Mirrors: Boxed with corner protectors, bubble wrap, marked “Fragile.”

  • Storage boxes: Folded or boxed; tracking labels visible (for children’s products).

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
